Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Essential Bliss SA operates from Stellenbosch SA, and deals in retail with natural and organic products.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Essential Bliss and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and Essential Bliss receives proof of payment. Products remain the property of Essential Bliss until such time payment has been received.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via courier service or international air mail. Delayed delivery is not grounds for return or refund. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Essential Bliss is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Essential Bliss will contact you with options for either refund or replacement.
An order can only be cancelled by the customer if payment has not been made.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Essential Bliss within 1 (one) working day of receiving it. Arrangements will be made for a replacement product to be sent to you or refunded to replace / refund the faulty / broken product.
All products are sold with a 5 (five) day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can contact us within 5 (five) days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction and return details will be supplied. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. Opened / used products cannot be returned / refunded
If you have received the wrong product from us, please contact Essential Bliss within one (1) working day. If any mistakes was made by Essential Bliss during packing and shipping, we will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product(s) to rectify any mistake as per your original order (Orders cannot be changed during this time).
Essential Bliss shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Essential Bliss respects your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Essential Bliss bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Essential Bliss via Independent Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Essential Bliss separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Independent Card Services secure payment terminal.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Grammatical errors and Spelling Mistakes
Simple mistakes does not change the meaning of the sentence. Typographical errors do not invalidate the sale and all clauses should be interpreted as intended. In determining of the intended meaning of a sentence and paragraph, (should a legal dispute arise due to a genuine ambiguity/mistake): the parties negotiations, any previous contracts between the parties, the industry standards, and general rules of fairness (equity) shall be considered.
Essential Bliss takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
